This website does not use any analytics or tracking services and does not set any cookies that require consent.

Contact and enquiry form

If you write to us using the contact or enquiry form, the data you enter (name, email address, phone number if provided, travel dates and message) is sent to us by email and stored by us in order to process your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not pass this data on without your consent.

Online booking

For online bookings we use the booking system “bookingandmore”, which is accessed via a link. The provider’s privacy policy applies to the data processing there.

Your rights

In principle, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been infringed in some other way, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
