Cancellation policy

Dear Valbella guests,
“Expect the unexpected,” as the saying goes. Cancellations are unpleasant for both sides, which is why we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. That is certainly the most convenient option.
Here at Valbella we keep cancellations as uncomplicated as possible. As soon as you know that you won’t be able to take up your stay with us, please let us know. We will then immediately do our best to re-let the room or apartment. If we succeed, no cancellation fees are charged. If no other booking is possible, we have to invoice the cancellation fees. In this case, we follow the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) 2006.
